Bottom Paint:
Since the water flow is much more limited, in and out of our harbor, the characteristics
of the bottom paint used on your boat might be different than in a marina
located on the Manatee River or the ICW where constant strong water flow
may assist in preventing barnicle and other types of marine growth from
attaching itself to your boat's hull.

Yes, there are still a few boaters who have not had enough punishment
and continue to oil, clean, varnish, (repeat, repeat, repeat, etc.) their
teak trim every couple of months in the hot, steamy, wet, UV intensive Florida
sunshine.
